Ripples Milsons Point, part of SRG Hospitality, is reopening and hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor from the first cover. You will build the front‐of‐house team, set the service standard and own performance backed by a family‐run hospitality group.

You will recruit, train and lead the FOH team, ensure RSA, food safety and WHS compliance, and partner with the Head Chef to unify front/back of house standards. A rare venue leadership prospect awaits.
