This role involves:
Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Developing coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales and support team.
Driving sales service and operational excellence to achieve store targets.
Ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation and follow-up.
Overseeing inventory order management supplier coordination and showroom presentation.
Building solid relationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Creating a positive accountable and high-energy team culture.
Identifying opportunities to improve performance processes and customer experience.





Qualifications :
Proven leadership experience in retail showroom sales hospitality or a similar customer-driven setting.
Solid commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational outcomes.
A hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets clear expectations.
Ability to coach develop and elevate team performance.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people process and performance.
High energy resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
