Chainguard seeks a Manager of Business Development to lead a growing BDR team, hire and onboard recent BDRs, and drive outbound prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation.
You will coach through weekly 1:1s, align with Demand Gen and Sales, and refine messaging with Marketing/Sales/Product to improve win rates.Your leadership will shape the BDR function and help hit pipeline targets in a remote-first, international setting.
