Ayers Rock Resort, at Uluru, seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the Desert Gardens Hotel kitchen and its 20-chef brigade.
You will oversee daily food production, drive quality, and manage guest-facing dining with a hands-on leadership style.
Expect to work onsite in a stunning remote location, blending traditional Indigenous ingredients with contemporary techniques while mentoring a diverse team.
