For Purpose Aged Care Australia seeks a FullTime Clinical Care Coordinator for Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care.
You will provide daily clinical leadership to RN/EN/PCA staff and collaborate with the Residential Manager to embed high-quality care systems for a brand-recent home.
You will lead, mentor and drive clinical outcomes while ensuring compassionate, professional care culture and compliance with funding and accreditation requirements.
