We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrator to join our transport team and provide vital support across customer service, driver debriefing, freight scheduling and general administration.Based from our depot in Mareeba, this is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career, a recent school leaver, someone returning to the workforce, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced transport environment.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.About the Role:Working closely with the Depot Manager and Administration team, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of transport operations, helping ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering phones and emailsDriver Debriefing and paperwork processingCustomer service and responding to enquiresFreight bookings and delivery schedulingData entry and general administration supportLiaising with drivers, customers and depot personnelAssisting with reporting and operational administrationWhat You'll Bring:We're looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop current skillsReliable,
