First Class Valet is seeking a Dealership Concierge Manager, also known as a Site Manager, to lead our concierge and valet operation at a prestige Sydney dealership, where every arrival, service drop-off and vehicle handover is a moment to impress.About First Class Valet First Class Valet is an established valet and concierge company operating in all major Australian cities.
We partner with hotels, shopping centres, airports, automotive dealerships and the gaming sector, delivering a premium arrival experience on behalf of some of Australia's most respected brands.The Role You'll own the day-to-day running of the site: the driveway, the concierge desk, vehicle movements between service, workshop and showroom, and the team that makes it all feel effortless.
Working closely with dealership management and our Operations Manager, you'll set the standard for how customers are welcomed, looked after and farewelled.Leading the Team
Lead, roster and motivate a large, dynamic concierge and valet team across a rotating seven-day roster, including special events and vehicle launches
Hold pre-shift briefings so every team member starts the shift prepared and on brand
Induct, train and coach new and existing team members
Regularly assess performance and provide constructive feedback
Delivering the Experience
Champion a seamless arrival and departure experience, from service drop-offs and collections through to new vehicle handovers
Ensure every high-end vehicle is handled with the care and respect its owner expects
Go above and beyond for each customer, making a genuine difference to their visit
Running the Operation
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the Operations Manager and Operations Director,



including next-day planning
Maintain key control, vehicle security and an orderly, well-presented driveway
Refine Standard Operating Procedures as the site evolves
Uphold uniform and grooming standards for all staff, subcontractors and visitors
Conduct site safety inductions and ensure all work aligns with the agreed Safety Plan and company WHS policies
Keep the site and staff amenities clean, stocked and hygienic
Meet management expectations on profitability and job execution
Stakeholder Management
Act as the key point of contact for dealership management, including the Dealer Principal, Service Manager and Sales Manager
Represent First Class Valet with pride, consideration and professionalism at all times
Flag any non-conformance to the Operations Manager promptly
About You
A background in hotel concierge (Head Concierge, Front Office or Guest Services) or shopping centre concierge
Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of 10 or more
Calm, energised and decisive in a fast-paced setting, especially during peak service bay periods
Confident stakeholder manager who builds strong client relationships
Immaculately presented and polished, with exceptional customer etiquette
Enthusiastic about working in a dealership environment with prestige vehicles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable creating and reading reports
Available across a seven-day week, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
Essential Requirements
Full, unrestricted Australian driver licence
Good driving record, with a current driving history report showing your demerit point status
Clean National Police Check
