Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Moorabool, Victoria.
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for a candidate with solid foundational bookkeeping experience who is looking to build their skills further in a growing manufacturing business.
Reporting into the Senior Accountant, the Bookkeeper will support the day-to-day processing of transactions, reconciliations and record-keeping that underpin the team's broader accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting functions.
Responsibilities:
Process and code supplier and customer invoices for review and approval
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and filing systems
Reconcile bank statements and support resolution of discrepancies
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budget data
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers on routine financial matters
Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as required
About you:
1–2 years' experience in a bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration role
Education in accounting or finance is desirable
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Confidence working within an ERP system




Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
