If you have customer facing experience and are looking to join a qualified, supportive team with strong energy and a genuine team culture, we'd love to hear from you.This is a busy, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being on the go, takes ownership of their work and is always willing to support the wider team when needed.THE ROLEYou'll take ownership of the leasing process and work closely with our Property Managers, Business Development team and office support team.Your week will include:Conducting open homes and private inspectionsManaging leasing enquiries and applicant communicationProcessing applications efficiently and thoroughlyWorking closely with Property Managers and landlords throughout the approval processPreparing lease documentation and coordinating tenancy handoversAssisting with the marketing and presentation of rental propertiesKeeping leasing activity moving through consistent follow-upSupporting the wider team during busy periodsDelivering a positive experience for applicants, landlords and tenantsHOURS8:00am – 4:00pm - TUESDAY - SATURDAYWe're looking for someone who brings more than just experience.We want initiative, drive and team energy - someone who takes ownership,
