You willbe involved in a diverse range of litigation matters, includingcommissions and inquiries, historic abuse claims, contractdisputes, defamation matters and various regulatory matters,providing sound and practical advice for public sector clients.The work is complex and challenging which will see you workingalongside Partner Rosalie Bryne and other exceptional litigatorsand like-minded professionals in a collaborative team environment.You will be recognised for personal achievements and receivementoring from senior team members to ensure your professionalskills continue to grow and develop.Day to day you will have the following responsibilities:Conducting legal research and preparing adviceDrafting court documents, submissions andcorrespondencePreparing briefs and evidenceAssisting with hearings, conferences and mediationsAssisting with discovery and document review processesWorking directly with clients and counselAbout youIdeally you will have:1-2 years' post admission experience, ideally inlitigation, disputes or government lawStrong technical, drafting and research skills includingexcellent attention to detailImpressive academic qualificationsAn engaging manner with excellent communication skills atall levelsA proactive approach and a desire to learnIn return,
