About the Role

We're looking for a Product Specialist for our Carindale store.
This is a customer-facing sales role.
You'll be on the floor helping customers find the right product, hitting your KPIs, and contributing to the team's overall performance.
What You'll Do
Engage customers and guide them through our product range to find the right solution for their needsDrive sales and consistently meet individual KPIsContribute to team targets — not just your own numbersMaintain product displays and keep the floor well-organisedHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, including complaintsSupport new staff with product knowledge as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience
Around 1 or more years of retail experience, ideally in consumer electronics
Track Record
Demonstrated history of hitting KPIs in previous rolesEvidence of contributing to team performance, not just individual outputPersonal goals or achievements that show you're motivated beyond the minimum
