Network Security BA
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for telecom network transformation, migration, and modernization programs.
Experience in project such as Firewall migration, micorsegmentation, network transformation etc.
Work closely with network engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project requirements.
Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises across network and telecom domains.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Perform gap analysis between current-state and target-state network environments, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.




Support delivery of projects involving IP/MPLS networks, SD-WAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS integrations, network monitoring platforms, and service assurance solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, vendors, and testing teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business outcomes, manage defect triage, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
Track project requirements, risks, dependencies, and change requests using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project.
Prepare executive reports, status updates, business cases, and stakeholder communications to support project governance and decision-making.
