You will lead the security team on-site, ensure operational effectiveness, and build solid relationships with staff and stakeholders.
You will coordinate daily operations, conduct site visits, manage incidents, monitor KPI performance, and ensure compliance with security protocols and WHS regulations.
Full Australian working rights and Victorian Security License required.
