You will provide high‐quality AV and video conferencing support on the client floor, handling setups, recordings and issue resolution with a focus on premium service.
Reporting to the Audio Visual Manager, you will work during standard hours with potential after-hours support for events.
A calm, customer‐centric approach and ITIL familiarity are essential.
