Julietta in Melbourne is seeking a high-energy, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead venue operations alongside the Venue Manager and cover their days off.
The role is hands-on, requires leading on the floor, and a passion for looking after our team and guests.
We expect at least 1 year of management experience in a busy venue, and a proactive leader who can uphold our standards, foster a positive culture, and drive service excellence with the FOH team.
