BOQ Group is seeking a Remediation Manager for a 12-month contract to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer remediation programs across the Group.
You'll guide initiatives from identification and assessment through to customer payments, regulatory closure and embedding lessons learned.
You'll partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design and deliver remediation solutions that meet regulatory expectations while keeping customers first.
