This casual, inbound/outbound call centre role focuses on first contact with prospective clients, appointment generation, and excellent client service.
Training will be provided in a supportive, flexible setting with hybrid work options.
Ideal candidates are strong listeners and communicators who can navigate multiple systems, manage enquiries, and refer non-clients appropriately.
