Delivering personalised, high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of customers using aperson-centred approach.
Assist withpersonal care,hygiene, anddailylivingtasks, including domestic duties.
Supporting customers withcomplexcareneedswhile promoting dignity and respect.
Be committed topositiveoutcomesfor the people you support.
Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

Here's what will help you shine in this role:
At leastone yearofexperienceindisability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
Competency inmanualhandling, including hoist operation and repositioning
PEGfeeding and protected swallowing support.
Epilepsymanagement and responding to challenging behaviours.
Bowel Care, providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required.
Confidence and sensitivity in deliveringpersonal careandgrooming.
Acurrent Australian driver's licenceand the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.
Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
