We are currently seeking multiplereliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a well-established and supportive warehouse team in Pakenham.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent casual work, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a friendly and professional warehouse team, responsible for accurately picking and packing orders while maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Using wireless scanning devices, including Zebra handheld scanners or similar with 2 years experience
Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the picking and packing process
Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team




About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a pick packing or warehouse environment
Intermediate experience using wireless scanning equipment
Clear and confident communication skills
A professional and reliable approach to work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required
Hours & Benefits
Casual ongoing employment
Start times between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, depending on operational requirements
Monday to Saturday availability
