The role focuses on governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and supporting the Co Sec function.
You will work alongside an ex-top-tier GC, handle high‐level deals and strategic initiatives, and contribute across AI and digital capability projects while maintaining solid stakeholder
