Watch and Glasses repair centre Receptionist/Front desc position
The primary role will be working at our front desk and supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
This is a fast-paced work environment where tasks, decisions, and priorities can change quickly.
The successful applicant must be comfortable managing constant activity, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks at the same time, while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of customer service.
The role will often require working to tight deadlines, responding quickly to customer and workshop requirements, and using initiative to make decisions and keep work moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Answering telephone calls and greeting customers
Providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
Entering customer and repair information into our system
Preparing invoices and processing payments
Managing customer emails and correspondence
Organising items for courier and postal dispatch
Receiving and organising incoming items
Contacting customers when repairs are completed and ready for collection




Maintaining an organised and professional reception area
Keeping the reception and kitchenette clean and tidy throughout the day
About you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, professional, and confident manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Initiative and willingness to learn
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
Ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
