Shepparton Private Hospital Care in Shepparton VIC is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager + Quality & Risk / Infection Prevention & Control Manager for a full time dual role.
You will lead the Medical/Surgical ward and drive quality, risk management and infection prevention initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will contribute to the hospital's strategic plan and partner with Medical, Nursing and Executive colleagues to achieve excellence in care delivery.
