Chandler Macleod is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join a high-performing production team.
You'll operate machinery, follow SOPs and maintain strict food safety and WHS standards to ensure safe, compliant and quality-driven output.
Shift:Monday to Friday7:00am–3:00pm
Pay rate:$***** per hour

Key duties
Operate and monitor production machinery in line withSOPs
Set up and prepare equipment prior to production runs
Weigh and mix ingredientsaccurately to production requirements
Work with the Inventory Controller to ensureefficient stagingof materials
Managereceipt/consignment of goodsand prepare orders for dispatch
Complete production paperworkaccurately and in real time
Perform cleaning and sanitising tasks in line withhygiene and food safetystandards
Operate aforkliftwhere licensed/authorised and in line with site procedures
Support across production areas as required
Participate incontinuous improvementinitiatives




What we're looking for
Prior experience in aproduction / manufacturingenvironment (food manufacturing highly regarded)
Strong understanding ofWHSand protected work practices (PPE, hazard reporting, incident reporting)
Ability to follow SOPs, meet targets and maintain attention to detail
Understanding ofFood Safety / HACCP / GMP(highly regarded)
Forklift licence (LF) advantageous if required for the role
