Carlisle Homes, an Australian-owned homebuilder, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People Team in Melbourne.
You will partner with ELT and leaders to deliver strategic people advice, drive major change initiatives and strengthen capability, culture and performance across the business.
You will lead cycles in performance, development, salary and bonus reviews, and engagement surveys, using data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
