Love running a great kitchen, but wouldn't mind having your evenings back?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to take a leading role in the kitchen of a beautiful, established dining destination on the Central Coast.
This is a premium, busy all-day dining venue with a robust reputation for quality food, great produce and a relaxed but sophisticated dining experience.
You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working alongside the Precinct Head Chef to maintain high standards, lead the team and bring consistency and creativity to the menu.
And the best part?
Day shifts, your evenings back and two consecutive days off each week.
The role
Take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation alongside the Precinct Head Chef.
Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
Maintain high standards across food quality, flavour, presentation and consistency.
Oversee kitchen organization, ordering, stock control and food costs.
Keep service running smoothly and efficiently.




Contribute ideas and creativity while maintaining the venue's established standards.
What we're looking for
An experienced Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef with a strong kitchen background.
Experience in premium all-day dining venues, cafés or restaurants.
Someone who genuinely cares about food, quality ingredients and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the confidence to lead a kitchen team.
A calm, hands-on leadership style and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a quality-driven operation.
What's on offer
Salary up to $105,000 + super, depending on experience.
Day shifts only— enjoy having your evenings free.
