Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport is seeking a hands-on Cross-Dock Loadout Supervisor for our Dandenong South facility.
You will oversee cross-dock activities, freight consolidation, dock loading and dispatch, guiding a frontline team to meet targets and dispatch deadlines.
You will coordinate with Warehouse, Transport and Linehaul teams to maintain efficiency and safety, ensuring cold-chain compliance and accurate load handling in a busy depot setting.
