About the Role
We are looking for areliable and organised Medical Administration Officerto join our team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone with medical admin experience who enjoys working in a busy clinic environment and providing excellent support to both patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
Managing appointments, bookings, and clinician schedules
Handling incoming referrals and patient enquiries
Processing billing, Medicare claims, and payments
Managing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation




Liaising with GPs and other healthcare providers
Supporting day-to-day clinic operations
About You
Previous experience inmedical or healthcare administration
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity withMedicare billing
Experience with practice management software (e.g. Gentu)
Experience in mental health or specialist clinics
