Join our Early Help team in Horsham, VIC, to support children, young people and families with short-term, evidence-informed interventions.
The role offers part-time or full-time options across Horsham and surrounding communities, working with families, schools and services to deliver strengths-based support.
You'll provide short-term interventions, help families build confidence and connect with services at the right time.
This position is based in Horsham with versatile work arrangements.
