CBCity is seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join the Planning Directorate.
You will deliver high-quality administrative and operational support, handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and assist in improving systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
Working within a collaborative team, you will use Microsoft Office, council databases and the NSW Planning Portal while striving to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service in a permanent full time role.
