We're seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto join a large governemnt body to deliver a significant transformation program.
You'll lead business and technology projects that modernise core claims systems, improve processes and deliver better outcomes for customers and employees.
The role
Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
Own project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks and dependencies.
Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches.
Build robust relationships with executives, business leaders, technology teams and external vendors.
Provide clear governance, reporting and recommendations to steering committees.
Partner with change specialists to support business readiness and adoption.




About you
Demonstrated success delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations.
Strong financial management, governance, risk management and vendor management skills.
Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification.
Experience in insurance, health, disability or government is highly desirable.
