Help Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Coach for our Inclusive Employment Australia division, based in Miranda, NSW.
This full time role guides participants through their employment journey, building readiness, overcoming barriers, and creating tailored plans to help secure sustainable work.
You will mentor participants, collaborate with employers and internal teams, and monitor progress against milestones.
A focus on outcomes, customer service, and relationship-building will be essential.
