We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to provide clinical leadership and operational coordination across our acute, urgent care and residential aged care services.

As the senior nurse on duty, you will coordinate staffing and skill mix, support clinical decision making, lead emergency responses, manage clinical escalation, and ensure safe, high quality care for patients and residents.
About You
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor of Nursing
Key Selection Criteria:
Registered Nurse, with current AHPRA registration
3 years minimum clinical experience in Acute, Urgent Care and / or Emergency
Current Advance Life Support (ALS) certification
Sound understanding of the National Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards (NSQHS)
A good understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Statement of Rights and Aged Care Act ****, NDIS Practice Standards and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act ****
Well-developed and contemporary clinical skills and knowledge, including the application of Infection Control practices and principles
Sound understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement models,



whilst achieving optimal outcomes
Excellent communication (written-including report writing-and oral) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and experience in leading others
Good comprehension of the clinical indicator reporting program
Knowledge and experience of the Accreditation process
