Job tasks and responsibilities
The company has an immediate opening for a Machine Operator to manufacture flashings and sheetmetal products.
This position will primarily be 6am to 1.30pm with occasional overtime.
Skills and experience
have basic mathematical skills
be willing to undertake physical tasks
be able to lift up to 25 kg
be able to work in a fast paced workplace
be punctual, reliable and willing to learn
be able to communicate clearly
ability to listen and follow instructions
ability to multitask with high attention to detail
perform quality checks to ensure all work is to the drawings provided
take ownership of work
interact with customers
Desirable but not essential
experience in the plumbing or building industry
ability to read technical drawings
experience is preferrednot essential in order to apply
