Monash Health's Gender Clinic seeks a Consumer Peer Worker Level 4 on a part time basis (0.8 EFT, 4 days per week) at the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda, Melbourne.
You will provide peer support and assist consumers to access health and LGBTQIA+ services, using your lived experience to foster empowerment and informed choices.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering in-person and telehealth services, and supporting peers while contributing to service improvement
