You will link our technical teams with customer operations to improve reliability and value delivery.
You'll guide cross-functional collaboration, oversee contract performance and KPIs, and drive secure, high-quality service delivery while navigating complex outages and equity across Australia.
Travel to customer sites is required as needed.
