About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedLIMS Administratorto support and enhance theLaboratory Information Management System (LIMS) environmentfor a leading scientific and analytical laboratory.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to administer, configure, troubleshoot, and improve the LIMS platform, ensuring the smooth delivery of laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support and administer theLIMS environment(SampleManager or similar)
Deliver system enhancements, configurations, and integrations
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user management
Develop reports, perform SQL queries, and maintain data integrity
Gather requirements and implement business-driven improvements
Maintain documentation and support system testing and upgradesWork closely with laboratory, ICT, and vendor stakeholders




Skills and Experience
Experience withLIMS platforms(SampleManager or similar)
Knowledge of scientific or laboratory environments
Exposure toSQL, .
NET/C#, Java, HTML, Visual Basic, or VGL
Strong database administration and troubleshooting skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated team player with solid organisational skills
Rates on offer will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
Please note that the candidate must be able to obtain Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance for this opportunity.
While Melbourne is the preferred location, we welcome applications from candidates located in Sydney and Canberra.
