You will provide hands-on support in a safe, inclusive setting, collaborating with the care team to deliver person-centred services.
Responsibilities include personal care, community participation, skill-building and maintaining detailed records.
A compassionate team player with strong communication will thrive here, with rostered shifts across Week 1/Week 2 cycles.
