Shinkansen Sushi in Box Hill, VIC is seeking a talented Sushi Train Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
You will lead the preparation and presentation of authentic sushi and related Japanese dishes, contributing to an exceptional customer dining experience.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace, uphold strict food safety standards, and mentor junior staff while ensuring consistent quality and presentation across all dishes.
