What will your role involve?
As our Recruitment Assistant, you'll play a key role insupporting the growthof our business,working closely with the Directortorecruit new team members, managecandidate relationshipsand assist with the day-to-day operations of our business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Candidate sourcingthrough SEEK, social media and existing databases




Shortlistingresumes andconductingphone screenings
Coordinating, hosting and assisting withinterviews
Tracking recruitment activity, KPIs and candidate progressionWorking alongside our sales team togain firsthand experiencein the role you'll be recruiting for, whiledeveloping your own skills
Assist withcompany social media content, undertaking project-based tasks and ad hoc admin tasks as required
Please note: This role is largely phone-based so confidence in speaking with people throughout the day is essential.

Previous recruitment experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
