The City of Port Phillip is seeking a Coordinator Community Strengthening in Melbourne to lead policy development and program delivery across housing, homelessness, community safety, and recovery.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team, build partnerships, and advocate for systemic reform to improve outcomes for vulnerable residents.
This is a permanent, full-time role with versatile working arrangements.
