rare opportunity
for an experienced
Forklift Driver / Factory Operator
to join our dynamic and supportive team.
This is a rare hybrid role with approximately 40% forklift duties / 60% factory operator.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business, with a focus on the
timber machining department, inwards goods, and stock control
.
What you'll bring
Proven experience as a counterbalance forklift driver (licence required)
Strong ability to count, manage, and control stock
Assisting with production and assembly tasks.
Explicit and effective communication skills




Ability to manage workloads and timelines efficiently
Strong focus on workplace safety
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Experience handling veneer board and timber (advantageous but not essential)
Prior experience in a similar industry (advantageous but not essential)
