As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes that delight our customers.
What you'll be doing
Expertly preparing and presenting a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Continuously improving your skills and techniques through training and development
Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a reputable Japanese restaurant
Detailed knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine and sushi-making techniques
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
Solid time management and multi-tasking abilities
Passion for creating high-quality,
