Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a temporary full-time maternity leave position based in Colac. You will deliver efficient information services to residents and customers across face-to-face, phone and digital channels, aligning with Council values.
The role requires robust communication, problem-solving, and clerical skills, with experience in reception and CRM systems. Salary ranges from $71,****** to $75,****** AUD per year pro rata plus superannuation.
