About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and results drivenSupervisorto join our growing commercial cleaning division looking after multiple sites.
This full-time position (Monday - Saturday with flexibility) offers acompetitive salary packageand a professional working environment that supports development and performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery is maintained at a high standard and leading a team of cleaning personnel across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards




Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvements where required
Provide leadership, support, and training to cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
Conduct regular site audits, toolbox talks, and staff meetings
Identify potential opportunities for additional services across existing contracts
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience insite or area supervision, preferably within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector
Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Flexibility with working hours to meet client and operational requirements
