Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience
5+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, business applications, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
Experience supporting work order management, customer assets, agreements, resource scheduling, schedule boards, Field Service mobile, SIT, end-user coordination,



UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
