Key Responsibilities
Provide community nursing services to eligible clients in their homes and community settings.
Conduct nursing assessments and monitor clients' health conditions.
Develop, implement, and review individualized nursing care plans.
Deliver wound care, medication support, catheter care, and other nursing interventions within your scope of practice and authorized service arrangements.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
Liaise with general practitioners, allied health professionals, families, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies.




Promote clients' dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being.
Essential Requirements
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Relevant nursing qualifications and clinical experience.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage community visits effectively.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, as required.
Desirable Experience
Experience in community nursing, home-based care, or wound management.
Experience supporting older people, people with complex health needs.
