Role Overview Work between Port Kembla and Shellharbour We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As the face of our bakery, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace making Coffees.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
Assist customers in selecting baked goods and answer any inquiries about products.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
Restock shelves and ensure displays are visually appealing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Barista experience.
