Rydges Geelong is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead hotel operations on a full time salary basis.
You will oversee Front Office, Guest Services, and Food & Beverage activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations.
You will manage check-ins/outs, guest requests, shift reporting, and staff coaching while upholding hotel standards and safety protocols.
This role requires leadership, service orientation, and a flexible roster.
