Paxus is seeking a Junior Desktop Engineer to provide in-person TechBar support for Melbourne-based employees.
The role is fully onsite at the central office, five days a week, with a contract through January ****.
You will troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, assist users with day-to-day technical queries, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while delivering a friendly, customer-focused service.
