The Park Hotel Ballarat is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working professional to lead the team in a casual, flexible role.
You will manage shifts, supervise staff, and maintain a high standard of service across Thursday to Sunday mornings, afternoons or nights with flexibility.
This role offers the prospect to oversee daily operations, handle guest feedback, train staff, and open and close the venue independently as required by business needs.
